Liz Pemberton, Non-Executive Director for Diversity and Inclusion
Liz runs a training & consultancy company which is on a mission to promote inclusive practice in Early Years.
A passionate and compelling advocate for the principle of "Anti-Racism", Liz joins our Board of Directors with the explicit purpose of holding That Nursery Life, the Executive Team, and everybody involved in the business to that vital standard.
From helping TNL to find ways to enhance the diversity of our own workforce, to helping us to talk passionately and clearly about issues of race and diversity on our platform and in the world at large, Liz is a key driver for good across our team.
Jeremy Earnshaw, Non-Executive Director for Commercial
Jeremy has served as CFO for half a dozen companies, managing turnovers in the hundreds of millions and gaining experience in sectors as diverse as Pharmaceuticals, Venture Capital, Chip & Pin technology, and Community Healthcare. He is currently the Group CFO for Your Housing Group, a not-for-profit corporation in the North of England which has built and now rents 28,000 homes (and counting).
Jeremy's daughter is a qualified Early Years teacher and currently operates a franchised nursery, giving Jeremy a clear insight into the critical importance and major challenges of the sector. He joins our Board of Directors to focus on our commercial growth and profitability, serving as a vital part of the balance we must strike to deliver on both our commercial and social objectives.
