Beverly has had a long, varied, and impressive career in the Early Years sector, having worked in every form of childcare imaginable (with the exception of a "Pack Away" setting!)

Beverly has been a childminder and worked in small independent nurseries. She's managed settings on behalf of medium-sized chains and risen to regional leadership and directorship roles in some of the countries largest childcare chains.

For more than a decade Beverly has been an active Ofsted Inspector, a role she continues in on a part-time basis. Without question, welcoming someone with such depth, breadth, and scale of experience to our Board of Directors will have a huge impact on our business.
